How to book the accommodation and/or extras?
Accommodation + festival tickets packages are the best way to save up some money! Choose your accommodation and choose the festival tickets you wanna pack with it.

How soon a reply to my request can be expected?
Our customer service will take care of your request as soon as possible. We guarantee our reply will be in your inbox within a 24-hours period during the working days.
Is it possible to make payments in installments?
At the checkout page you can choose the deposit payment option – paying 30% with your booking and the remaining balance payment latest by May 8th, 2022.
How do I pay the remaining balance?
The payment link for the remaining balance (which is 70% from the total price) will be sent to you via email by the end of April 2022, to the contact email address given in the booking form. If you prefer to pay your remaining balance before receiving an official payment reminder, please contact [email protected].
Do full payments need to be made prior to the festival?
All payments must be made in full in advance. The last installment is due 60 days prior to the event.

What type of accommodation is on offer?
We offer camping, beach houses, apartments, hostels, hotels, sailing boats…
How is the quality of accommodation guaranteed?
The categorization of accommodation (number of stars) listed in the travel arrangement programs of Travel2Ultra is provided by the holiday location or is stated by the national categorization of Republic of Croatia and is not evaluated by Travel2Ultra, which is why Travel2Ultra does not take the responsibility for its regularity, unless it is specially marked that the categorization was evaluated by Travel2Ultra.
Are the sheets and towels required?
Sheets and towels are provided in beach houses, hotels and apartments (unless stated otherwise). Hostels provide sheets, but no towels. If you’re planning on staying in a camp, you have to bring your own tent, camping gear, sheets and towels.
Why to book Ultra hotels
Some of the hotels in our offer have all rooms reserved for guests who are attending Ultra music festival. Hotels offer the breakfast service included in price, unless it is stated otherwise.
Is the apartment/room difficult to find? What is the address?
You will get all the information about the address of the accommodation in the last notification if you are staying in the hotel, camp or hostel. In case you choose an apartment, you will get the information at our check-in point. You will be able to use your own transport or use our transport service.
When will I get the name and address of my apartment?
We will send an information mail about one week prior to the festival. It will contain the reference to the check-in/info-point in Split. Bring your booking confirmation to the given check-in point and the staff will give you the apartment address.
What time may I check-in?
Check-in is available on the booked date of arrival between 3 PM (15:00) and 11 PM (23:00).
What are the arrangements for late arrival or after 11 PM (23:00) on the booked arrival date?
If you intend to arrive after check-in hours and require a late check-in, please send us an email to [email protected]. Please note that no check-in will take place after 11 PM (23:00) unless the requirement has been previously notified.
What time the accommodation must be vacated?
Check-out on the booked departure date is by 10 AM (10:00).
ULTRA BEACHVILLE CAMPSITE
Is there parking at Ultra Beachville campsite?
Unfortunately, due to security reasons, parking inside of Beachville campsite is not available for the guests, but there are many spaces in close proximity to the campsite.
City parking spots are available all around. According to the price list announced by City of Omis, current prices are: daily parking ticket in “Parking zone 2” = 100,00 HRK (approximately 13,50 EUR); daily parking ticket in “Parking zone 1” = 120,00 HRK (approximately 16 EUR).
Also, there is a large city parking lot within a 10-minute walking distance from the campsite. In previous seasons the price was approximately 27 EUR for a weekly parking ticket (200,00 HRK – payment on the spot in local currency; you can ask for a weekly parking ticket at campsite reception). Unfortunately, there are no reservations of parking spots (available on a first-come, first-served basis). Please note: Stated weekly parking ticket is not valid for other city parking locations / spots, it is valid for the listed parking lot only (needs to be scanned at the entrance ramp).
Will there be available lockers to put valuables away and are they at an additional cost?
Locker stations will be available within the campsite. You may rent them for an affordable fee for the entire duration of your stay. Most lockers can fit smaller items such as smaller bags, phones, tablets and laptops. Unfortunately, you cannot fit the whole backpack or suitcase in it.
How many lockers will there be?
Usually we have around 1.000 lockers available.
Where can we charge our electronic devices at the campsite?
Fear not, for we have our own charging station that can charge more than 600 devices simultaneously.
May we enter the campsite with our own camper?
We take into account that many partygoers want to be a part of the Beachville experience and therefore in each season we add some new features and accommodation options. All currently available options are offered HERE.
Food at Beachville?
From standard hamburgers to exquisite calamari and from meat specialties to refreshing vegetarian and vegan offers, you will find it all in the campsite’s official restaurants with self-service or a la carte offers. Be sure that there will be a wide range of traditional Croatian cuisine and the usual international food offers.
Will there be any shops and restaurants at the campsite?
Supermarket is located next to the campsite, while in the campsite and nearby you can find various restaurants and shops.
What facilities does the official Ultra Europe campsite Beachville offer?
The Ultra Europe Beachville campsite is organized in the actual campsite with all the usual facilities – toilets, showers, restaurant, reception, electricity, cell phone charging point, lockers, etc.
If with the camping option I rent the tent, what does the tent include?
The tent rental includes the tent only. Sleeping bags, mattresses or pillows are not provided.
If I rent a tent - may I keep it after the festival?
No. The tents are for rent only.
Is it allowed to bring your own food and drinks to the campsite?
Yes it is, but please have in mind that due to security reasons the campsite has a no-glass policy and open fire is not allowed.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION & TICKETS
How will the documentation regarding my booking (booking confirmation / receipt) be delivered?
Booking confirmation is sent to your given email address automatically when you place your order and your payment is completed.
The final coded booking confirmation (coded vouchers) needed for the check-in will be sent to you via email one week before the festival starts together with all the other important information about the festival. Once you arrive to the destination you’ll exchange your coded voucher(s) for the accommodation and/or festival tickets and/or any other extras ordered. The addresses of the wristband exchange points and check-in points (depending on booked accommodation) will also be given in the newsletter sent.
Will the festival tickets be sent to my home address?
No, there is no home delivery option for the festival tickets (wristbands). One week before the festival starts we’ll send you the coded vouchers on your email address, which you’ll exchange for your festival wristband once you arrive in Split.
How long do the Boat Parties last?
Approximately 2,5 hours. Enjoy the perfect sounds, sun and sea.
Can we bring our own food and beverages onto the Boat Parties?
Your own food and drinks are not allowed at the Boat Parties.

LOCAL TRANSFERS (FESTIVAL SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE)
What local transfers are available and how to book them?
Local bus transfers between the festival venue and the bus station near your accommodation are available. You can purchase your Festival Shuttle bus pass in pre-sale HERE.
During the festival days, you’ll be able to purchase the Festival Shuttle bus passes at Travel2Ultra CHECK-IN POINTS (Split city centre, Split Airport, Beachville campsite).
Can a local transfer be provided for any accommodation booked through the Travel2Ultra?
Local bus transfers (Festival Shuttle service) are provided for all accommodation booked through the Travel2Ultra.com web page. You will be able to use regular “Promet Split” city bus lines or Direct Beachville shuttle line. All our accommodation facilities are within a walking distance of the shuttle bus stations.

What is the Tourist Tax?
Tourist registration and the payment of the Tourist Tax for domestic and foreign guests are mandatory according to the Tourist Tax Act and the Movement And Stay Of Foreign Persons Act. The client is obliged to pay the tourist tax together with the accommodation. The daily tourist tax is 1,50 € per person, unless stated otherwise.
Why do we pay a security deposit?
Obligatory security deposit required in some accommodation facilities is an insurance against possible disappearance, damage to or destruction of the apartment or property. The security deposit is either returned to you at check-out (if there is no damage) or retained by the property owner as compensation for damage caused. All deposits are payable to the landlord / property owner.

What is the official currency & where the money can be exchanged?
Official currency in the Republic of Croatia is Croatian Kuna (HRK). Foreign currencies can be exchanged in local banks and exchange offices. Also, cash in local currency can be withdrawn from your bank account at ATMs all over the Republic of Croatia.
Can payments in bars, restaurants, stores etc. in the Republic of Croatia also be made in Euros?
