HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Check-in for the apartments is at the listed Check-in points (depending on the booked accommodation zone), where the exact address of the apartment will be revealed to you.
  • Check-in for the hostels and hotels is at the reception of booked accommodation facility.
  • Standard check-in hours in Croatia are from 3 PM till 11 PM. Late check-in must be announced in advance! Early check-in cannot be announced / you cannot check-in into your accommodation unit prior to booked date or time.
  • Check-out time is at your booked departure date by 10 AM. Staying in accommodation after check-out time is considered as an extra day of stay and will be the subject of extra charges. Early check-out must be announced in advance.
  • Security deposit (deposit amount & payment obligation depending on booked accommodation unit) will be collected upon arrival to your accommodation and will be returned when checking out, unless there has been damage made to the accommodation (according to the House Rules and Regulations).
  • Valid coded voucher (booking details with QR code / e-ticket) together with matching passport or ID is required for accommodation check-in, festival wristband exchange, as well as for the all other booked tickets, extras or services. Have in mind that any service won’t be provided to the person without valid voucher – you cannot use the voucher / e-ticket of another person.
  • If you haven’t booked an airport transfer or festival shuttle pass in advance, you will be able to purchase it on the spot – at Travel2Ultra Check-in points. However, please be aware that all services are subject to availability.
  • Credit card payments only are accepted on Travel2Ultra check-in points / no cash payments available.

HOUSE RULES & GDPR Notice

General Accommodation House Rules

We would like to inform you about some general house rules valid in accommodation facilities in the Republic of Croatia in order to make your stay enjoyable.

– In the Republic of Croatia you will be staying in different accommodation facilities offered (based on your confirmed reservation), which have common house rules. Facilities with more specific house rules (other than general house rules provided here) will have those house rules listed, so please pay attention to any specific house rules provided in the facility.

– If you do not obey the house rules, your accommodation stay might be terminated immediately. Should this happen, you will not be entitled to any refunds of the payment or additional costs.

– Only properly registered guests, who accepted house rules, can stay in the provided accommodation facilities. Unregistered guests / visitors are not allowed in accommodation facilities.

– If you plan on arriving after the official check-in hours, only pre-announced late check-in into accommodation facilities will be available.

– Guests are responsible for their own behaviour and liable for any damages caused.

– Owner/Agency is not responsible for any loss or theft of guests’ personal belongings and valuables.

– All the apartments in our offer are equipped with linens and bathroom towels. However, it is recommended to take an additional towel.

– The hostels offer only basic bedlinen, therefore please bring your own towels.

 

 BASIC RULES OF BEHAVIOUR IN ACCOMMODATION:

  • It is forbidden to destroy accommodation property, cause noise or disturb other guests.
  • It is strictly forbidden to make noise from 22:00 (10 PM) to 8:00 (8 AM).
  • Guests are obliged to leave accommodation in the same condition as it was upon their arrival.
  • Only registered guests can stay in accommodation facilities. If an unregistered person will be found staying with you, your stay will be terminated without possibility of complaint, refund or recompense.
  • It is forbidden to take towels, blankets and other items from the room or apartment to the beach.
  • Please look after the accommodation property. You are responsible for any damage caused.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside accommodation facilities.
  • When leaving accommodation, close windows and lock the entrance door. Turn off all electric appliances (air conditioning, etc…), water and gas.
  • Upon checking-out, all accommodation facilities are inspected by the owner/agency personnel.
  • Return accommodation keys to the owner/landlord/reception when checking out.
  • It is not permitted to bring animals, except if previously arranged with the reception desk personnel or with the owner.
  • For hygienic reasons, please throw garbage out of the apartment/house daily (into available outdoor garbage bins or containers) because of high temperatures in the summer.
  • In some facilities there might be a security deposit (amount depends on accommodation facility) as an insurance of possible disappearance, damages and destruction of accommodation facility. The security deposit is either returned or retained by the owner/agency/hotel as the compensation for possible damage.
  • The house rules are an integral part of the Terms & conditions that guests are requested to read as an indication of their acceptance.
  • If you have any wishes, compliments or complaints, please contact the reception/owner/agency.

GDPR Notice

In accordance with General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR, we must inform you that when placing a reservation and at check-in into accommodation facility you agree to present your personal identification documents, i.e. submit your personal data (first and last name, type and number of your personal identification document, gender, state and address of residence, with date of birth and citizenship), all for evidence of tourists in the Information System of Tourist Boards of the Republic of Croatia – eVisitor (Law on sojourn tax, National Gazette 152/08).

The personal data is collected for statistic processing and is used by the Tourist boards, public authorities and Ministries relating to this procedure (Ministry of tourism and Tourist inspection, Ministry of internal affairs and Ministry of finances – Customs authorities).

Each unauthorized usage, publication, change, processing, reproduction, distribution, recording or assignment or any other form of unauthorized usage of such personal data is strictly prohibited.

All accommodation facilities are run by certain HOUSE RULES. It is very important to respect the regulations – not causing damage, respecting the night quiet. The manager/owner is entitled to deny your stay in the accommodation in the case of disregarding the house rules.

Beachville security deposit

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Will be collected upon arrival to your accommodation (please prepare the exact amount / cash only), and will be returned when checking out, unless there has been damage made to the accommodation (according to the House Rules and Regulations).

  • The security deposit for all types of BEACH HOUSES is 300€ per house unit or 2.400HRK (Croatian Kuna) per house unit (please prepare the exact amount / cash only), which will be returned when checking out, unless there has been damage made to the accommodation (according to the House Rules and Regulations). Obligatory final cleaning fee for the Beach Houses (payment on the spot) is 280HRK (Croatian Kuna) per house unit (card payments only).
  • The security deposit for all types of GLAMPING BELL TENTS is 50€ per person or 400HRK (Croatian Kuna) per person (please prepare the exact amount / cash only), which will be returned when checking out, unless there has been damage made to the accommodation (according to the House Rules and Regulations).
  • The security deposit for guests entering the Beachville with CAMPING VEHICLES / CAMPERVANS is 300€ per vehicle or 2.400HRK (Croatian Kuna) per vehicle (please prepare the exact amount / cash only), which will be returned when checking out, unless you have caused the damage in campsite with your vehicle (according to the House Rules and Regulations).
  • A security deposit for those renting the tents is 20€ per tent or 160HRK (Croatian Kuna) per tent (please prepare the exact amount / cash only) and will be returned on checkout, when you return the folded and undamaged tent to the campsite reception.

Beachville check-out

IMPORTANT CHECK-OUT NOTICE: Considering the time required for inspection of accommodation facilities and deposit returns, please proceed to reception 1 hour before planned departure from campsite (we wanna make sure that the check-out procedure will be done without stress and without risking you miss your booked flight or any other planned activity). If check-out before 05:00 (5 AM) is required from any Beachville facility, it MUST BE ANNOUNCED the day before your departure to Travel2Ultra staff at reception.

Beachville parking

Parking options for Beachville guests (please note that all options are subject to availability and that there are no parking spot pre-reservations):

1) BEACHVILLE PARKING:

Beachville guests are able to park their vehicles at Beachville parking lot by price of 80,00 HRK (approximately 10,00 EUR) per day (payments at campsite reception).

2) CITY PARKING OPTIONS:

City parking spots are available all around. According to the price list announced by City of Omis, current prices are: daily parking ticket in β€œParking zone 2” = 100,00 HRK (approximately 13,50 EUR); daily parking ticket in β€œParking zone 1” = 120,00 HRK (approximately 16 EUR).

Also, there is a large city parking lot within a 10-minute walking distance from the campsite. According to the price list announced by City of Omis, current prices are: 5,00 HRK per hour / 120,00 HRK per day (approximately 16 EUR).

Unfortunately, there are no reservations of parking spots (available on a first-come, first-served basis).

Beachville lockers & charging stations

Limited number of lockers with charging stations will be available on surcharge. Lockers can fit smaller items such as smaller bags, phones, tablets and laptops. Unfortunately, you cannot fit the whole backpack or suitcase in it. Locker rental price (per staying period, payment at campsite reception) is 230,00 HRK (approximately 30,00 EUR).

Beachville tent rentals

Please be aware that on-the-spot tent rentals cannot be guaranteed as we are running out of availability. Tents will be secured only for guests who pre-ordered the tent rental. If you are not bringing your own tent, please make sure you have secured your rented tent in time!

Our tents available for rental are in size for up to 2 people – tent size is 140Γ—220 cm (approx.). The tent rental include the tent only. Sleeping bags, mattresses or pillows are not provided. Tent rental period is equal to the validity of your CAMPING SPOT reservation. If 2 people sharing one rented tent – each person needs to have a valid camping reservation to be able to enter the Beachville.

Beachville campervan pitch reservations - special instructions

If you have reserved a campervan pitch*, on arrival you will need to temporary park your camping vehicle outside of the campsite. Once you check-in at the campsite reception and get the campervan pitch number, you will be able to enter the Beachville campsite with your campervan and head to your pitch number.

Pitches are suitable for all types of campervans or camping trailers. Electricity & water and sewage hook-up is available on each pitch.

Glamping Bell Tents - special instructions

Bedding and towels are not included in Glamping Bell Tent rental price – please bring your own.

If you decide not to bring your own bedding – limited number of bedding sets will be available for rental at campsite reception (on surcharge): 100,00 HRK per bedding set.

Beachville festival wristband exchange (for Beachville guests only!)

Special festival wristbands exchange (for Beachville guests only!) will be organized in Beachville campsite:
07.07.2022. (Thursday): 11:00 – 22.00 (11AM – 10PM)

IMPORTANT! Please note that you can exchange your ticket(s) only. You cannot exchange multiple tickets of other people – each person will need to exchange the coded voucher (e-ticket) for festival wristband in person, and will be asked to present a matching ID.

HOW: With CODED VOUCHER / e-ticket with your name listed (printed or code presented at your mobile device screen) and matching passport or ID card for identification.

NOTE: It will not be possible to enter the festival without the ticket/wristband so do not lose it. In case of loss, a new ticket / wristband will be charged at the regular selling price.

IMPORTANT! If you have a wristband credit (ticket deferred from Ultra 2020 edition), you must present both vouchers at the Travel2Ultra wristband exchange point together (wristband credit voucher + festival ticket voucher) in order to get topped up wristband. In case you forgot to present the vouchers together and get the wristband without the credit, please be aware that topping up at later phase (or wristband change once you will pick up your wristband) will not be possible.

If you don’t manage to exchange your coded voucher (e-ticket) for the festival wristband during listed hours, worry not – you can exchange it in front of the festival venue (Park mladezi) during wristband exchange points working hours listed below (in “General info” section).

IMPORTANT! Please note that you can exchange your ticket(s) only. You cannot exchange multiple tickets of other people – each person will need to exchange the coded voucher (e-ticket) for festival wristband in person, and will be asked to present a matching ID.

HOW: With CODED VOUCHER / e-ticket with your name listed (printed or code presented at your mobile device screen) and matching passport or ID card for identification.

The Ultra Europe 3 Day wristband (for the main event at Park mladezi) is equipped with an electronic chip for cashless payment system. You can use cash and all regular credit cards to deposit the funds onto the chip – at Cashless booths at the venue.

Cash payments are NOT possible at the bars at the venue. Only payments with wristband cashless chip or with Mastercard & Maestro Card are possible.

Funds deposited on wristband with cashless chip will not be accepted at Ultra Europe events on the island of Brac, Hvar & Vis. 

The refund of the funds left on the wristband cashless chip can be claimed at the REFUND POINT at Park mladezi during the hours listed by the Ultra Europe festival organization team:

Wristband money refund will be available at all Top Up stations marked as TOP-UP during the festival until 02:00 AM. After the festival ends you can get a refund at the TOP UP station next to the VIP ENTRANCE. Working hours for the Refund Point on Monday is from 9 AM till 6 PM.

Please note that any refund of money left on your wristband won’t be possible after that time.

ARRIVAL: Find a member of the Travel2Ultra team at the ARRIVALS or proceed to our check-in point. Travel2Ultra staff will point you to right transfer.

DEPARTURE: The returning transfer to the Split Airport will be organised if you have purchased the official Travel2Ultra airport transfer ticket. Airport transfer departures to the airport are from BEACHVILLE and from CHECK-IN POINT 1.

Once you’ve arrived to our check-in point and present your voucher to Travel2Ultra team you have multiple options how to reach your booked accommodation:
